FW series vacuum machines

The new FW series of automatic vacuum packaging machines with flow pack system is designed in line with the Industry 4.0 and IoT (Internet of Things) technology platforms. The version with welding system, with a rotating welding knife, consists of six components (four with upper reel and two with lower reel). It enables the packaging of a wide range of irregularly shaped and small-sized products, which arrive in the machine loose (single doses) or pre-assembled (multiple packages).

The opening wheels, which perform the operation of pulling, longitudinal welding and folding of the film, make the process simple and fast. The products are packed in packages of plain or bonded flexible material with a maximum output of between 60 and 200 products/minute (depending on the model selected).

– Printed film centring device, without product – without bag, including film reel end sensor
– Motor configuration controlled by inverters: inlet conveyor/downstream sealer/outlet conveyor with independent asynchronous motors
– Configuration of motors controlled by drivers: cross seal with brushless motor
– Machine stop in phase
– FLXMOD® control system equipped with:
– Operator interface with panel PC and 7″ colour touch screen with PLC user interface
– IN/OUT control modules for digital, analogue I/O and thermocouple readout control.
– This system allows simple and precise control of all operations, such as:
– two sealing temperature settings: one on the longitudinal seal and one on the transverse seal
