Wooden frames and covers

Wooden pallet frames are used to assemble wooden pallet boxes. The pallet is the base, and the wooden pallet frames are stacked on top of each other. How many are used depends on how high you want the crate to be. A wooden crate assembled in this way is suitable for storing and transporting a variety of materials.

Wooden pallet crates are designed to be reusable for transport or storage. The top can be closed with a wooden lid to better protect the contents. As a solution for stacking pallet crates in height, we use a stacker that allows stacking several pallet crates on top of each other.

Properties of the frames and covers

  • They are used to assemble wooden pallet crates of any height.
  • They are diagonally foldable to take up less space when not assembled.
  • The hinge joints are additionally protected by riveted, galvanised hinges.
  • Good frame-to-frame fit.
  • Reusable.
  • They are heat-treated to ISPM 15.
  • The lid can be used to further seal the assembled container.
