AUTOMATIC GLUING MACHINE WITH FLAP COVER GEM F470 – F520 – F670
Carton closing machine with manual sizing and automatic flap closing. Automatically folds the top four flaps and closes the top and bottom of batches of identical, US boxes with adhesive tape.
The upper gluing unit has a patented system that allows the weight on the box to be adjusted by adjusting the spring, thus absorbing any differences in the height of the boxes.
The boxes are moved by side conveyor belts driven by a single motor, which optimises the even sliding of the boxes and ensures perfect alignment of the top and bottom flaps, resulting in perfect closing.
The handwheel settings are simple and quick, making it easy to use for non-expert operators.

GEM F470 G (with floating head): is a model equipped with a floating head on the upper carriage, which has several advantages:
Boxes filled beyond the measure can be easily sealed.
The floating head on rigid board makes it easier to close the side flaps.
With the floating system, the head can be raised above the maximum limit to replace the bottom head strap, taking advantage of the floating cylinders. Once the operation is complete, the cylinder returns to its original position and there is no need to adjust the height of the top gluing group.
GEM F470 S (short): Model with a machine base length of 1500 mm. It differs from the standard model as the maximum length of the boxes is reduced from 600 mm to 400 mm. This model must be ordered at the time of ordering, and the price remains unchanged compared to the standard models.
ADHESIVE HEADS: For the F470 and F520 models, it is possible to equip the machine with adhesive heads that allow the use of 75 mm tape, at an increase in price.
