Cartoner – automatic carton assembling machine
The F2008 box forming machine prepares boxes with the four bottom flaps folded by taking them out of the side tray (box loader). The bottom flaps are sealed with adhesive tape and sent to the filling point. This folding carton machine produces perfectly folded cartons, even in the case of light cartons, thanks to a folding device specially designed for this machine. Any interference between the tabs during folding is completely eliminated. The compact dimensions allow the machine to be integrated into existing lines or installed in limited space.

The F2008-F2009-F2010 automatic carton folders automatically form cartons by taking them out of the side stack and folding the four bottom flaps. After gluing the bottom part, the carton proceeds to the filling line. The box forming is completely reliable even in the case of light cartons, thanks to a patented device. It is enough to fill a magazine with a capacity of 80-120 boxes, depending on the model, to get 10 to 15 assembled and glued boxes per minute. The format change is carried out manually using the handwheels. Their small size allows for placement in tight spaces or existing lines.

The formers are supplied with a non-motorised inclined stacker, a motorised stacker with an increased capacity of 200 boxes and perimeter safety guards can be supplied on request.

In addition, by installing an automatic Start/Stop system equipped with a photocell mounted on the adhesive backing, the designers of the F2008/F2009/F2010 wait for the operator to release the adhesive backing from the box before proceeding with the design of the second box.
