Atlanta Stretch was keen to add the Neos model to its range of self-inflating robotic wrappers. This top-of-the-range model is the only robot that can be equipped with ARYA technology, a new patented technology that actually enables a fully automated wrapping process.

Neos represents a breakthrough innovation in the panorama of semi-automatic wrapping machines, as it does not require operator intervention to attach the film to the pallet, but performs a fully automated cycle, without the use of compressed air and without mechanical options that are prone to wear. Neos has a new design that seems to break with the past: attractive lines give a strong character to the new Atlanta Stretch robotic wrapper.

Neos takes all the expertise of Atlanta Stretch; this model boasts all the features and options of the Sfera series: it includes a choice of FM, FE, PRS and PS carriages and their replacement even after purchase if the customer’s needs require a machine upgrade.

The dual motor PS pre-stretch carriage enables Neos to provide the lowest film consumption and highest functional reliability in the wrapping market.

Compared to the Sfera series, it has an increased battery capacity to 120A and a new operating interface with a 7-inch touchscreen that can be programmed quickly and easily. LEDs indicate the current status of the machine.
