The HA series machines are automatic machines that allow the application of a carrier tape with a cardboard strap to transport packaging: shrink film packs, cardboard boxes, paper rolls or any rigid packaging. The HA series can apply different types of handles, together with a clear adhesive tape, made from: pre-cut carton labels, pre-treated tape reels, paper and polypropylene handles on a reel.
Currently available models: HA 25, HA 40, HA 60, HA 80, where the final number indicates the maximum speed of the machine in packs per minute.
They are used in the following industries:
beverage industry (milk, water, soft drinks, beer, wine, etc.), canned food (tomatoes, pickles, sauces, etc.), edible oil, flour – granules, sugar, paper, detergents.

– Centre handle support magazine for carton labels, with a capacity of up to 5,000 pieces, mounted in the upper part of the machine and equipped with a beep when a label is missing
– Pneumatic positioning and cutting of the handle on the package in motion, with electronic control of the handle length and equipped with a beep when the label is missing
– Cutting rollers with pneumatic locking
– Motorised roller support with pneumatic locking and automatic tensioning of the traction adhesive tape by means of a motorised wheel driven by an encoder and an inverter
– FLXMOD® control system, equipped with:
– 7-inch full-colour touchscreen that scrolls the entire length of the machine
