The
PP 520/670 semi-automatic cartoner is a box stacker that automatically folds the four bottom flaps of an American box with the help of an operator. Within seconds the box is ready to be filled by the operator while the machine stacks the box. This semi-automatic cartoner thus allows the operator to use both hands to place the product in the box.
Maximum box size is 500x500x700 mm (model 520) or 650x650x800 mm (model 670).

AUTOMATIC BOX STACKERS
The PP520/PP670 are operator-assisted carton folders that automatically fold the four bottom flaps of an American box. Within seconds, the box is ready for the operator to use both hands to place the product in the box. Once the box is filled, the operator presses a button and the PP automatically transfers the box into the gluing machine to glue the top and bottom sections. The PP can be connected to the Gem 520/670 so that boxes can be easily sent to filling lines using motorised conveyors. The machine is equipped with 4 wheels with brakes.
