Automatic carton folding machine
The F1000 box forming machine prepares boxes with the four bottom flaps folded by taking them out of the side tray (box loader). The bottom flaps are closed with adhesive tape and sent to the filling point. This folding carton machine produces perfectly folded cartons, even in the case of light cartons, thanks to a folding device specially designed for this machine.

All interference between tabs during folding is completely eliminated. The compact dimensions allow the machine to be integrated into existing lines or installed in a confined space.

The F1000 cardboard stacker is used when many boxes of the same size need to be assembled. With this stacker, boxes can be formed and stacked in a specific area of the warehouse ready for use.

The combination of stacker and line (gluing base, filling surface and gluing machine) makes it possible to create boxes on demand, without taking up stacking space. The stacker automatically forms the boxes by taking them out of the side magazine and folding the four bottom flaps. Settings for box size, speed etc. are adjustable via the convenient front panel. Operation can be set automatically or manually.

In addition, by installing an Auto Start/Stop system equipped with a photocell mounted on the gluing base, the F1000 stacker waits for the operator to release the box’s gluing base before proceeding to form the next box.

The box is formed with maximum reliability even in the case of light cardboard, thanks to a patented device. Simply fill the magazine with a capacity of 110-120 boxes to get 10-12 assembled and glued boxes per minute. The format change is carried out manually by means of levers. The small dimensions of the F1000 allow it to be integrated into existing lines or confined spaces.
