tesa® 4831 – masking tape without silicone

tesa® 4831 is a silicone-free masking tape made of PET/non-woven backing and acrylic adhesive. It is specially designed for highly demanding applications such as composite production and metal sandwich constructions.
Thanks to its robust PET/nonwoven backing and acrylic adhesive, it can withstand high pressures and temperatures of up to 180 °C. It is silicone-free, which prevents contamination of surfaces with silicone adhesive. This allows processes such as window bonding or coating to be carried out with maximum reliability and avoids time-consuming clean-up.
