Pre-stretched mechanical film

Pre-stretched films are suitable for wrapping machines with electromagnetic or manual brakes. Due to their inelasticity and reinforced double edge, they provide good pallet stability. The standard width of pre-stretched films is between 420 and 430 mm.

Properties of pre-stressed films

  • Pre-stretched films are excellent for wrapping pallets weighing up to 500 kg.
  • If there are soft cartons on the pallet, the film will not damage them (compress them), while ensuring the stability of the pallet and the products.
  • The use of pre-stretched films reduces film consumption and wrapping costs.
  • Option of a UV-stability additive to increase UV resistance.
  • Available in white and black.
