GEM X350 and GEM X360 gluing machines

Semi-automatic closing machine with horizontal top and bottom straps, which closes the tops and bottoms of fixed-format boxes evenly by manual adjustment. The GEM X350 is particularly suited for closing tall and narrow boxes, as it uses four belts, two upper and two lower, which are horizontal and parallel to the work surface. The GEM X350 can also be used for irregularly shaped boxes.

If you are looking for an efficient carton sealing system, the GEM X350/X360 is the right solution. The X-System has an automatic size adjustment function, allowing you to work with different batches of boxes with different formats.

The system designed for this type of closing machine has the perfect drive for all types of boxes: high, low or irregularly shaped. Horizontally mounted belts help the box to enter the sealer perfectly flat. This allows perfect closing. The important thing about this machine is that you can close both sides.
The machine is equipped with a device for locking the carton via side mechanical arms which hold the carton in place on the work surface with the bottom flaps already folded, allowing the filling station function. In combination with outfeed conveyors, it is an efficient and cost-effective packing station.

The machine is also available in a special version for boxes with a minimum height of 55 mm.

The GEM X adapts to the conveyor belts at the outlet and forms part of a high-performance packaging station. If you need to train the gluing of carton boxes of different sizes, the GEM X series is the right solution. In case you need a higher capacity, take a look at the F series.
