GEM gluing machine XF-BM series

The XF series automatic carton sealer automatically adjusts to the size of the carton. It has been designed to meet the most demanding requirements. Reliability, demand and strength are its greatest qualities. This machine promises a working speed that allows you to close and seal cartons of different formats with self-adhesive tape.

The advantage of the XF series is their ability to automatically adjust their size. This eliminates the need to work with batches of the same size. The machine adapts to the box to close it with each warranty. This feature makes it a universal closing unit.

Automatic machine for automatic size adjustment of lidded carton closers, designed for adhesive taping of the top and bottom sides of US-type boxes of random sizes. The machine is designed for installation in automatic lines without operator supervision.

The basic structure of the machine is made of curved, screwed and painted sheet metal. The boxes are fed by two lower side drive belts driven by a single motor. The machine automatically adapts to different formats. Pneumatic operation.

To use these gluing machines, an automatic centring device must be combined:

Choose your head and dimensions
The closing head supports dimensions with a maximum circumference of up to 360 mm and an internal circumference of up to 76 mm (T21, 21.5, 22, 23, 32 and 33). As for boxes, both models offer different maximum sizes. For example, the GEM XF520 accepts lengths up to 800 mm, widths up to 520 mm and depths up to 520 mm.

In contrast, the GEM XF670 accepts boxes up to 800 mm long but extends up to 670 mm in both width and depth. Maximum flexibility for the station that will be the ultimate in your warehouse.
