Cartoner – automatic carton assembler
The F2000 box forming machine prepares boxes with the four bottom flaps folded by taking them out of the side tray (box loader). The bottom flaps are sealed with adhesive tape and sent to the filling point. This folding carton machine produces perfectly folded cartons, even in the case of light cartons, thanks to a folding device specially designed for this machine.

The F2000 is used when a large number of boxes of the same size need to be formed. Boxes can be formed and stored in a designated area of the warehouse ready for use.
By combining the cartoner in-line with the GEM B52 gluer combination, it is possible to create boxes as required, without taking up storage space. The cartoner will automatically shape the boxes by taking them from the side stock and bending the four bottom flaps. Settings related to boxes, speed size, etc. are all adjustable via a handy control panel.
Operation can be set automatically or manually. In addition, by installing an automatic Start/Stop system equipped with a photocell mounted on the gluing base, the F2000 cartoner waits for the operator to release the gluing base from the carton before proceeding to form the second carton.

The box design is carried out with the utmost reliability, even in the case of lightweight cardboard. The format change is done manually. The small dimensions of the F2000 allow it to be integrated into existing lines or confined spaces. The storage capacity can be increased to 270 cartons with the CAR2002 automatic stacker.
