\nGEMs are highly advanced box closing machines that adapt to each unit to increase productivity. Automatic size adjustment allows the GEM to recognise each unit to be sealed. Thanks to the DAC system, it can become part of an independent finishing line, without the need for operator supervision. <\/p>\n
Two glue heads simultaneously apply the tape to the top and bottom of the box. Ideal for closing variable format boxes (with height and width varying from box to box). The box should arrive on the work surface with the top flaps folded. The machine automatically adjusts both width and height. High capacities allow several lines to be combined in the same machine. All GEM series sealing machines are equipped as standard with a gluing head with safety device for initial cutting of the tape, a mechanism for continuous pressure of the tape on irregular surfaces, a knob for adjusting the pressure of the tape application rollers, a tape cutting force adjustment and an automatic tape centring roller. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Automatic carton closing machines with automatic size adjustment and adhesive tape for top and bottom closing of US-type random boxes.
