The F2000 is used when a large number of boxes of the same size need to be formed. Boxes can be formed and stored in a designated area of the warehouse ready for use.
\nBy combining the cartoner in-line with the GEM B52 gluer combination, it is possible to create boxes as required, without taking up storage space. The cartoner will automatically shape the boxes by taking them from the side stock and bending the four bottom flaps. Settings related to boxes, speed size, etc. are all adjustable via a handy control panel.
\nOperation can be set automatically or manually. In addition, by installing an automatic Start\/Stop system equipped with a photocell mounted on the gluing base, the F2000 cartoner waits for the operator to release the gluing base from the carton before proceeding to form the second carton. <\/p>\n

The small dimensions of the F2000 allow it to be integrated into existing lines or confined spaces.
